Slow Season The slow season is upon me. The times like this are the ones that make it difficult to practice. Nothing on the horizon, no auditions pending to prepare for, no recent auditions to hear back from, no shows to study for..... This is what I felt like last year around May when I had no prospects and yet things did ramp up eventually. I just have to keep that in mind and keep practicing. I do not want to be ill prepared should someone call me up for a next day audition. It is difficult, but if I push through the slow times then the fast times will be easier.
